*My Buckt box was provided free of charge as part of an ongoing collaboration, however, all opinions are my own as usual
Another month, another Buckt box. As usual, our duo box contained five new activities across the North West for us to experience (if you missed it and are wondering what I’m on about, you can read my introduction to Buckt here).
One of my favourite things about Easter is the confectionary. Of course, I do appreciate that it also has very important, deeper meaning but my sweet tooth is grateful that modern tradition dictates that the supermarket shelves are bursting with a wonderful array of chocolatey goods.
This brownie recipe is my all-time favourite bake and originally uses mint chocolate chips but I thought I’d be adventurous and adapt it to the Easter season by swapping them for Cadburys Creme Eggs and Mini Eggs. The end result was a pleasant, gooey surprise and these brownies are super easy to make; why not give them a go yourself this weekend?
*Lush Cosmetics kindly provided us with complimentary products from the Easter range, however, all opinions are my own as always
As I drove to work early on Wednesday morning, I enjoyed a commute filled with beautiful sunshine and warm air blasting through my car window. That’s when it dawned on me; Spring is almost here!
As a girl who thoroughly detests the colder months, this little revelation certainly put a spring in my step for the rest of the day (cheesy pun intended). Even more so when Lucie and I headed into Bury, Lancashire later that evening for a very special event hosted by Lush Cosmetics.
