Win Tickets To The Ideal Home Show In Manchester

Win Tickets To The Ideal Home Show In Manchester

Last year, I told you all about my very first visit to the Ideal Home Show, Manchester and how much fun it was. Next month, they’ll be back ‘up North’ at EventCity (near the Trafford Centre) and I’ll be at the front of the queue when the Ideal Home Show 2017 opens for four days of home inspiration and shopping on Thursday 8th June!

Ideal Home Show

With a plethora of stalls offering food, home accessories, kitchenware and more, the Ideal Home Show has everything you need to get your home and garden ready for summer and beyond.

In 2016, the Ideal Roomsets had a lovely Roald Dahl theme to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of the well-loved British novelist. This time, the Roomsets will showcase the work of four independent designers from in and around Manchester. Using a variety of textures, colours and patterns, the sets will portray individual ideas of this year’s theme – ‘Seasons of the Year’.

Don’t forget to visit the Ideal Super Theatre for expert advice, knowledge and inspiration from celebrity guests such as Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Katie Piper, George Clark, Ortis Deley and more.

The show also boasts ‘The Rotating Home’ as featured on the Channel 4 programme, Amazing Spaces. This unique design features four rooms in one, rotating to create a minimalistic and revolutionary home. Intrigued? You should be!

Eat & Drink Festival

Calling all fellow foodies! Launching this year, feast (sorry) your eyes on the brand new Eat & Drink Festival. Running alongside the Ideal Home Show, the likes of Gregg Wallace, Rosemary Shrager, Aldo Zilli, Aiden Byrne and more have already been confirmed so you’ll be in great company (and of course, I’ll be there too. Seriously though, if you’re at the festival and spot yours truly, come and say hello).

Pop over to the Artisan Producers Markets for an array of handmade chutneys and pickles, bread and patisserie favourites, excellent oils, fresh juices and jams, locally-sourced cured meats, cheeses, seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables. Hungry yet?

One ticket will give you access to both shows and costs £12.50 for adults, £11.50 for concession (aged 60 and over) and children can visit the event free of charge when accompanied by an adult; you can purchase tickets here.

I’ve teamed up with the Ideal Home Show to offer one of my lucky readers the chance to WIN a pair of tickets to the Manchester event, on a date of your choice (between 8th – 11th June 2017).
