I‘m sure we have all indulged in a quaint afternoon tea or two at some point (especially if you’re a fellow Brit – we can’t seem to get enough of them, can we?) but how about an afternoon brunch? Until a couple of weeks ago, I hadn’t even heard of this concept before, let alone had the opportunity to try it for myself.

In May’s Buckt box, one of the experiences was a behind the scenes tour of the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester. Located on St Ann’s Square, this is Grade II building is one that I have walked past thousands of times yet never before ventured inside.

For those of you that haven’t heard of it before, COSMO is an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant chain with the Manchester branch located on Deansgate. They’ve gone for a luxe industrial style of decor and first impressions were good as Adam and I were led to our table.
